I would like to say a big thank you to Phil and his great team on all the hard work they have carried out in transforming our loft into this wonderful room. Absolutely pleased with the end result and also the whole process from start to finish. Phil and his team were immaculate in their time keeping, cleanliness and quality of their workmanship. The neighbours commented many times on how well things were looking and how good the team were. One neighbour in particular being a retired builder said he could see how much quality had gone into the build with passers by keen to take a look.

I naturally spent quite a lot of time researching various different builders/companies only to be let down with poor reliability ETC but Phil restored my faith.

Phil & Paul carried out a loft extension of our three bed semi in May & June. The final result is stunning, I can’t quite believe what it looks like now compared to what the loft used to look like. They are always great with communication and are on hand to offer advice. Always on time for work and leave the place clean and tidy. If you are looking to add value to your home and get more space use these guys, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve had Midland County Lofts to do several jobs for me, I was really happy with the work the guys had done for my home. My home is special to me and my family as the guys have really lifted the house to the next level, they have good knowledge and experience in the trade, they gave my other trades men advise on how to lay my floor plans out in my house and how to make the most of the space they, I really wished I used Midland County Lofts for all my work carried out, I would definitely use Midland County Lofts in the future, the work was done very neatly, before I never like my home I always wanted to sell and move but thanks to Midland County Lofts, I would never move as me and my family love our house so much thanks to Midland County Lofts.

Excellent standard of work. Punctual, tidy and reasonably priced. Only downside you might wait to get booked in. Sign of a good tradesman. They have freed up some dead space for the kids to put there toys play in the loft

WORK DONE TO A HIGH STANDARD - Mr M Early

We used Midland County Lofts for a dormer loft conversion. Phil and Jack created a new bedroom with ensuite. IT turned out great. They are good honest guys. They were a little bit cheaper than the competition and we were really happy we went with them. Phil managed everything for us and the work was done to a high standard. I’d defo recommend them.

Phil and the boys did a great job making good an old loft room and adding a dormer to it. Really pleased with the results it looks great. They were on time and tidied up everything, with no disruption to us during the project. Job was finished in June, after rain delayed things. Would have given 5 if there was a bit more communication over some of the details of the design. Overall really chuffed with it though. We’ve just had some wardrobes added so put some pics.
